Packing methods

We pack our fishes according to their respective species inside heavy duty polyethylene bags with sterilised fresh seawater which is chilled and oxygenated to have the highest chance of survivability. We line the plastic bag with newspaper liner to further reduce the fish stress. The box we are using is corrugated carton outer box with Styrofoam inner box.

Transportation & shipment

Boxes are filled with ice to maintain the ideal and constant temperature and further transported in the carrier’s container with proper temperatures along shipping routes.

Delivery Time

Upon the order confirmation, normally a minimum of seven (7) days are required for us to process the documents, conditioning of fish for export. However shipment time is subject to and dependent on the availability of air cargo space.

D.O.A. Claims

We regularly track our shipment to our customers. So far less than 5% DOA are reported from our customers. We request you to absorb the first 5% of DOA. In case of DOA above 5% please inform us within 24 hours along with photo documentations.
