- Minimum order: 100kg (220lbs) or approximately 7 standard sized boxes.
- Payment: Telegraphic transfer or wire transfer only. Deposit as agreed for large quantity or special order. Full payment must be made before shipment.
- Dead on Arrival (DOA): We always choose the best possible carrier and the shortest transport route for customer. Our standard packing is optimised for up to 48 hours of transport time, under normal condition (non-extreme weather or transport condition)
- DOA Claim: claim must be made within 24 hours after shipment arrival at destination with detailed photo and report. We requested customer to absorb 5% of DOA and we will refund/credit the DOA if it is above 5% (we will not accept any claims without photos & full report from customers)
